Shipping FAQs

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Regelica offers FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (before taxes and after discounts).

U.S. Shipping Options
We currently ship within the 48 contiguous states with the following options:

  • Standard: 5–8 business days — $8
  • Express: 2–3 business days — $18

We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Delivery to these locations may take slightly longer. *Transit time begins once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

Processing, Shipping & Tracking

  • Orders placed before 1 PM CST (Mon–Fri) ship the same business day
  • Orders placed after 1 PM CST on Friday or weekends ship the next business day
  • Typical processing time: 1–2 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email, and tracking updates will follow as your package moves toward delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. However, some destinations may be unavailable due to local regulations or shipping limitations.
Important Notes for International Orders

  • All international orders are final sale (no returns or exchanges)
  • Certain countries may restrict cosmetic imports
  • Orders may be delayed, returned, or rejected by customs
  • Regelica is not responsible for customs clearance issues due to local regulations

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide except for the following countries and regions due to regulatory or logistical limitations.

Restricted Destinations:
Afghanistan, Armenia, Argentina, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Brazil, Cuba, Greece, Greenland, India, Indonesia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia, Mexico, North Macedonia, Peru, Russia, Spain, Syria, Türkiye, Ukraine, Venezuela, and all countries in Africa

(Availability may change based on shipping conditions and regulations.)

How much is international shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and shipping method.
We use DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) for most international orders:

  • Duties & taxes are included at checkout
  • No additional fees upon delivery

International Shipping Options & Delivery Time:

  • Express: 2–5 business days
  • Standard: 6–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local carriers.

Will I pay duties or taxes?
No additional payment is required upon delivery. Duties and taxes are calculated and prepaid at checkout for a smooth delivery experience.

Can I change my address after shipping?
Once an order has shipped, address changes are typically not possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
